I *think* someone here has one in their sig pic.. I'm not clear if those indentions on the bend would mark the dash.

I made it using the car kit for my phone, instead of screwing the thing to the dash, I cut the lighter plug in half, glued a dowel rod inside the hollow part of the plastic plug, and then screwed the kit to the dowel rod. Very clean, and the phone fits perfectly in that spot.

i dont' think the dashmount think would be safe. incase of a collision the passenger airbag will send the cellphone flying into someones face.

cool concept but bad idea... it might be better if they moved the bracket down to where the AC controls are.

How would you mount your phone to that bracket? Or I should ask, what's the best way?

I have one of these installed in my car. This is by far the best mounting option on the market. It holds the phone in a very good postion for the driver. It also eliminates all of the vibration that comes with other floor mounts. My phone is mounted to the base of the Nokia Hands Free kit.... which is then mounted to the metal brace.
