Question about tires?

I am planning to upgrade my Potenzas soon,
and I went on TireRack yesterday and did a search on 225/50 R17 size and I got four choices from the search:

One of them were of course crappy Potenzas, second one was Michelin
Pilot Sport A/S, and third on was Goodyear
Eagle RS-A.

I didn't know that RS-A were made in that size? Are they any good?

I want to get Michelin Pilot Sport A/S, but they are too $$$.

Are RS-As better than Potenzas?

Thanks.

Before you get jumped on by the sharks here...

try using the search feature on this topic...

and look at the FAQ thread for alternate tire size info...it will broaden the choices...

Yeah thanks, well I don't think I want to change the size of the tires, I want the same one I have now.
I just never seen RS-A in 225/50 R17 size.
Wondering they just started making them, they are cheaper than Michelin and hopefully better than Potenzas.

I would say anything would have to be better than the RE92's, but check out the survey results for both tires at Tirerack...amazingly the RS-A's look pretty much just as crappy!!!

I used to have RS-A when I owned a Catera. I would say that they are a lot better that RE92s. They are a little hard though and last between 15-20K miles on average.
