Attn: Eric, Cobymoby, or anyone who can machine stuff

This is something I have been wanting for a while and I have only sen it available with Neuspeed written on it. It is a front license plate bolt hole cover.

It is on an ad on page 56 of this month's Sport Compact Car with the 350Z on the cover. Does anyone have a scanner? This would be really easy to make and would look awesone with "Nissan", "Stillen",
"Maxima", or something else written on it.

Would anyone else be interested in this? And would it be easy to make?

Someone please scan the pic in... I can't find it anywhere online.

Dead simple. What do you want the front to say? You want it in clear anodize aluminium?

Just to be clear, you plan to use this to hold your license plate or it just for states where you don't require a front plate?

This would be for states that do not require a front plate.

I'm not sure what I would want it to say. "Stillen" would be ideal, but I'm sure that violates all sorts of copyright laws.

I dunno. I'd buy one that says "Frankencar", "Berk Tuning", "Maxima", or anything else that actually pertains to my car.

Before you have this manufactured, you might want to gauge the interest of other members. I'm not sure how many states do not require a front plate......

I called them a while ago and their sales reps are clueless. They are basically data entry people. I wanted a cool Stillen license plate frame (not plastic). They had no clue what I was talking about....

ASU...I don't know how you do it, but you always seem to be reading my mind. Just a couple weeks ago, I was wondering if someone would make one of those for our car. I think putting just "Maxima" on it would be ideal, so everyone could use it, regardless of which mods they have.

How about this?

Also for those that can machine stuff. How about a billet grille for the 02-03...something like this, front the Mercedes SLK? If we could still have our huge chrome Nissan hamburger on it too, that would be awesome! I think it would sell!

I like this grille because it looks sporty, but still classy. The Trenz is ugly, and other ones are always that Home Depot look, even if it's better quality or a thicker gauge.

I'd buy one that said Nissan or Maxima. Naturally more people would be able to buy it if it said Nissan.

Huh? I didn't mean to reply to your last post if that's what you're getting at. I was just trying to add in that I won't buy it if it is gay......like, if it is in cursive or something......

That's a good point. "Maxima" would be ideal. "Nissan" would work too. Maybe have the engraving similar to the style on the Courtesy FSTB. All letters are the same size and traced, in all caps, block style.

"Nissan" might be a little to Pep Boys-ey for me. Like, too generic? Even "Maxima" is kinda pushin it. I want something different. personally, I still like the idea of Frankencar Performance (2 lines).- or something like that.....

But not alot of people have Frankencar or Berk, etc... stuff you know? For them to actually have that made, I would assume they would need to expect to sell a certain volume of the item....

Yeah, I agree. But I prefer "Maxima" over "Nissan" for sure.
