Is it possable to wire the fog lights to come on when the parking lights are on? im just curious. :-)

Sure - all you have to do is move the foglight relay coil wire from the low beam relay to the parking light relay - it's not legal but at least it would make the fogs useful in fog (duh - can't say much good about vehicle lighting code).
