Gettin Armor-All off plastic over speedometer

I had wiped this plastic part over the speedometer with some Armor-All, and it left marks. Can't really get them off. Anyone know what I'm talking about, and how I can get it off?

Use some plastic polish.

Mothers has a plastic cleaner/polish which is pretty good. There is also Plexus or Stoner's.

Get a new gauge cover, and don't do it again. I mean it, the stuff just won't come off.

Have you ever tried the plastic polish? It will work.

No, I did this to my Mustang, and I tried all kinds of glass cleaner, 409, water, even WD-40, and nothing would take it off. I had never heard of plastic polish, and nobody suggested it to me, so I bought a new cover.
