Meguiars Endurance tire gel....how do you get the build up off
I use this stuff and it works good but I'm finding I'm getting build up in and around the lettering...I can't find anything that cuts through it except for more endurance which will smooth it out but it keeps getting thicker

If you are referring to the infamous browning, I would hit the nearest Auto Parts store and buy the Espree wheel cleaner (green formulation). The reason I say that is it's gentle enough to use on tires and it is effective.
However, if you want to try something else, try this: http://www.properautocare.com/hi-c32.html
If you want to get a good tire protectant, check out either Meguiar's #40 or Lexol Vinylex. I have used both and found myself using the vinylex more because it's a water based product and I prefer more of a matte finish as opposed to a high gloss. Another choice is Eagle One's Tire Wet.

I use a product called bleach white for lettered tires and blackwalls. You spray it on, let it sit for like 30 seconds, then give it a little scrub with a brush and rinse. My tires look like fresh rubber when dry, they I apply my shine.
Don't get it on your wheels if they are hot, it might spot.

I use the Eagle One Tire Wet and used to get the flinging also. I will wipe the residue off if I'm in a hurry, but I usually leave it on and leave the car sit until most of it has clung to the tire.
I also use a 4:1 mix of Simple Green to wash my tires. If you clean them everytime you wash your car, the residue is not a problem.
