Perry Max, you know you haven't lost any layers of Z with a little rain. It may have deminished a little just from normal wear, but you haven't lost layers. You can't completely remove Z with dawn wash.

Just one bottle, you don't have to use it with every layer. Use it for your first couple ones then use it every 4 or 5 layers or when you don't have time to wait for it to dry. But the one little bottle should last one whole bottle of z2 or z5.

I have been using the Z5 since I ran out of Z2 (should be here anyday now) and the Z5 has really bought out the metallics in the paint it amazing...really, and I have been using Meguirs Detailing spray that comes with the Clay bar and it works better than Z6 at restoring the smoothness to the paint. the only problem with it though is it leaves residue and I have to wipe it up with a lil more force than Z6.

I love ZFX. It has significantly cut down on my Zaino'ing time, as I no longer have to wait an hour for it to dry. I start applying Zaino to the front of the car and work my way back - by the time I'm done applying Zaino to the back, the front is dry and ready to be taken off. Another advantage is the instant curing time, which allows you to apply additional layers of Zaino without waiting the 6-24 hours you would have to wait without ZFX. I've never done more than one layer at a time, though. I don't have that much time on my hands, and my neighbors think I'm crazy enough as it is.
