IMPORTANT: Suspension Question

I had a spare on the rear right for almost a month and just recently got replacements rims, after putting them on I noticed a huge difference in the gap between the left and the right. Look ->

I don't know if it was like this before or not... I hope not. But will this settle back to the original gap or did I install something wrong? Heres what it looks like... I KNOW i did something wrong.

Did you try driving the car yet. With independent suspensions, after you jack up one side and put it back down on the ground, the body usually sits higher on that side, but once the car rolls about 5 feet, it settles down to a normal hight.

Is there any way of working on the rear suspension without removing the rear seats?

Ok. I'm a moron. It's the ground, not the car.

I can't seem to get the middle bolt on my rear struts to torque down to 18... it always resists and turns back. Should I take the strut out and torque it down to 18? Or do I really need to remove the rear seats just to torque it down.
