Crappy times in upstate NY

Ok, I finally got to the track again (completely stock). I first went like 4 months ago and was hitting all 14.8. I thought it was just cuz I'm a suck driver. But this time I still only hit 14.8, and I tried all kinds of techniques. Best time:
Temp: 69 Humidity: 82
60' 2.352
330 6.350
1/8 9.642
MPH 75.20
1000 12.449
1/4 14.827
MPH 95.00

I tried shifting at all redline ( 6.5 ). I tried shifting at all peak power ( 5.8 ). I tried shifting all between redline and peak power ( ~6.1 ), and the best time was shifting redline in first and about 6.0 for the rest.

I was pretty disappointed. But I started watching other peoples' times, and I realized every one was getting bad times.

There was a new Jetta VR6 getting mid-16's. A GTP getting high 15's. Two SHO's getting high 15's. Formulas and Mustang GT's getting low 15's, high 14's. There was even two WRX's with grandma drivers getting low 16's !! The vettes and Trans Ams were even getting disappointing times, mid 13's and low 14's, respectively. Just as a side note, there were 4 or 5 3-door civics all riced out to the max, running high 16's and 17's !

I'm convinced that I am not a bad driver, but that something about the track or the area just put everyone's times a half second higher. Anyone know how to adjust for sea level? I have to find out the elevation around here.

14.8 was your best time. How about all your times for the day?

I had a couple that I screwed up a shift or whatnot that I just cut short. My other times, maybe three, were all 14.8-something. It was very consistant. I had like 5 14.8 runs last time I went too.
