INJEN wistle sound??

just installed my injen intake in my 2000 se auto, and i have to say it sounds great not like my 2000 civic si did. it sounds mean and deep, but does any one else have a wistling sound at low rpm and at 6000 when the car shifts? It sounds like a weak blow off valve on a turbo. just wondering.

it's the butterfly plate in the throttle
body.

when it's opened at a certain angle the air rushing through causes the whistling sound.
