Need 5th Gen to make Skyline Kit

Looking for a 2000+ Maxima in the New York area who would be willing to donate their maxima for about a week. Measurements will be taken for the upcoming production of the 5th gen skyline kit. Initial demand for the 4th gen skyline kit has been overwhelming and customers are raving about it. Of course you will be reimbursed very nicely for your willingness to donate your maxima. If interested email: Greg@CustomMaxima.com

Greg-

Are you personally going to be producing it? If so are you going to use fiberglass or poly? Also, it will be a full front and rear bumper replacement, right?

Estimated cost?

By any chance is this link related to this one here about the custom kit?

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?threadid=150418

Will the finish product look anything like the car from that thread, with the 2k2 lights fitted in perfectly?

It is not like that kit in the other thread, I honestly do not know anything about that other post about making that kit. I suspect that it is just another person trying to get 5-10 orders for a company to make a kit. Any company will design any kit for you for 5-10 orders up front. We will be fronting the tooling costs on the skyline kit for the 5th gen kit so there will be no waiting to gather buyers.

By the way we have found a maxima to use, thank you to everyone who volunteered.

I willl have a nervous breakdown if any more kits are made of fiberglass....If you guys saw the Hayward Meet pics...ive got a nice CHUNK and CRACK in my bumper....its nice to know that freeways have nice chunks of Tire tread laying in the middle. But...If its fiberglass Hopefully EVERYONE will get a good bumper. Ive heard the stories of them having bad days..and the fiberglass ends up lopsided..warped..or some other screw up.

I believe the ultimate reason no other urethane kit other than the stillen kit will be made is tooling costs...to make the molds and the tools to make urethane, the tooling costs are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars...so i don't think any company would invest money where they could not make back at least what they spent...i'm just saying, urethane would be nice, but don't hold your breath...
