Put my UDP on today!!!
I just got mine on today!! It really wasn't that bad of an install...especially considering all the horror stories I've heard. It took me about 3 hours and I broke a 1/2 ---> 3/8 socket converter, but other than that it was a piece of cake. Just make sure you've got a good long breaker bar (at least 18") and a set of socket "elbows" or whatever they are called. (the things that let you bend corners with a socket wrench). There is no way you will get it done without those. One tip I have is when you have to loosen the 14mm bolt on the back of the PS pump, reach around the control arm with your right hand, and hold the head of the socket onto the bolt while you turn it with an "elbow" on the socket wrench. That bolt is definitely the worst part of the whole install. I used the "crank the motor" method to break the crank bolt loose. It worked very well....thanks for all the tips guys.
Now, the important part...it definitely revs up faster, and I think it pulls on the top end even harder now. I definitely feel a difference!! It's not huge like the y-pipe, but it was worth the time and $$!!!

I took it out for it's first real drive tonight....I am WAY impressed. I SPANKED a mustang 5.0. It was modded and everything too. I've beaten them before, but never like that. It was sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.

I'm reattempting my install with 2k2_6spd tomorrow morning. That will be the last available bolt on mod I can do, so after that I am pretty much done other than cosmetic and stereo stuff.
I'll post how it goes tomorrow.....

All done with the install on mine. The hardest part that the had was with the tensioner on the poer steering belt. It took a total of 2 hours to complete the job.
I think that I can already feel a difference. It feels stronge off the line. That might be because we added in a bunch of air to the tires. I was down to 26 psi on all 4. Beefed it up to 45 psi. That might have helped quite a bit.
Okay, I'm done with performance mods. On to other stuff now......
