whoa, slow down on the keyboard there

No, factory nav is too cost prohibitive and requires many additional modules and wiring. Better to go with Pioneer or Kenwood nav units.

hey, if you got the cash and patience, we'd all love to see you try (and do a writeup). But alas, no one has been that brave with $2500 yet.

Welcome to the org and the wonderful world of Maxima's. Most people go for the Cold air intake first (sounds tough) then a y-pipe and catback exhaust. Underdrive pulley's are good for a few ponies too. That is about the basic engine performance mods without spending lots of green.

I Just got a stillen high flow intake. I like it, the gains are minimal though it sounds good. If you dont care about your warrenty go with an injen or place racing cold air intake. www.custommaxima.com

I have the injen intake and the dealer didn't void my warranty

No, and they shouldn't. Besides, you can swap out the INjen and bolt your OEM back in a hurry. The only way I can see them giving you fits, is if the see the hole in your fender for the PRCAI. He probably just made newbie mistake.

I did'nt make any mistakes! I called 4 dealerships and they said they would not cover the warrenty if I put on an "INTAKE". One dealership said they would put on the stillen and would cover it cause they carried it and installed it. Also what if your car blows up when your out and you need to bring it to nissan, you carry the old one with you, what your going to put it on while waiting for the towtruck?

Uh, yes. I believe you did.

Yeah, not a great idea to drive in to the service bay with your aftermarket intake on your car if you are in for a MAF replacement. That wouldn't be real bright. But, if you are coming in to get a wind-noise TSB handled, I wouldn't worry about it.

lol. You don't see a slight conflict there?

Well, if my car blows up, I'm pretty sure it's not the intake. If that happens, I have bigger problems than warranty coverage. If by blow up, you mean my MAF dies, then I would drive home, swap out the intake for the OEM, and drive in to the dealership. If I was going on a trip, then I would certainly have it in my trunk.

If you have an intake related problem, and you show up with an aftermarket intake, you're screwed. But, there is no hole to cut with the Injen like there is with the PR. It's a little harder to play dumb with a big hole cut in your fender. Dig it?

What are they gonna do? Not fixed faulty alternator cause you have a CAI, or not fix your MAF if you have a catback?
