Tools:
Spring compressors
Torque wrench
set of wrenches
set or sockets and a ratchet

Time:
Depends on number of helpers, but probably half a day if you take your time.

Difficulty:
Easy to Moderate. A competent DIYer should have no trouble. A beginner should ask for help.

I would not want to do the shocks/springs alone, so grab a buddy (makes it a ton easier).

Make sure you have the right tools and it will be a snap. You will need a socket set (extensions, universal joint, etc..), a breaker bar, torque wrench, and a strut style spring compressor. The rear is the trickiest but I found that if you use a deep well, extension, and a universal joint - you should have no problem getting the bolts out/in. I was also able to get my torque wrench on top of that setup to accurately torque all of the nuts.

Air tools will make the job go by a little quicker, but not a must have.
