Warranty and Intake Question

Question....Has anyone ever been denied of factory warranty because of aftermarket intake system? What's the dealership's attitude on that? I suppose you could also reinstall the stock when you go in for service, but assuming you dont do that, anyone think or did have a problem with warranty servcice?

depends on ur dealer....Maxmus1000 got his warranty repair on MAF even the dealer knew that he has an intake on.

on the other hand, chinaonnitrous had a hard time dealing with them on the same issue.

My recommandation will be....if u decided to put an intake on. leave the airbox and all other parts inside ur trunk along with some tools.
