Your best bet right now would be to get a Frankentake w/ Apexi dry filter. I think UMD_Max has it on his car and he loves it. Otherwise, if your cheap like me, make your own.

the berk and franken are both good intakes. the apexi filter will keep you from worrying about maf sensor problems. watch out for some front strut bars because of fitment issues. i got mine off ebay from procarparts, i think. it fit perfect and ran me about 50 after shipping.

If your going to get a front strut bar, Stillen has the best fit and least hassle, but it's expensive. I would definately recommend getting a Rear Sway Bar first as you won't notice much difference with a Front Strut Bar. You will notice an immediate difference with the Rear Sway Bar. Addco and Stillen both make RSB's. Many people on the org have had both and the consensus is that the Addco is the best one especially with it being almost 1/3 of the price. Cattman has them for $115. As far as intake I would agree that the Apexi filter would be the best because it's a dry filter instead of an oil filter media and you won't have to worry about your MAF sensor going bad. I have the K&N and haven't had any issues, but I'm still somewhat worried about reoiling it. You have 4 choices for Hot Air Intakes. Stillen, JWT, Frankencar and Berk. All are good choices. Stillen is just too expensive and doesn't give you any added performance. Both Berk and Frankencar have midpipe replacements with their intakes and both of these seem to be the intakes of choice here on the org. I have the Berk and just ordered my midpipe. If you order the Apexi filter your looking at a much more expensive intake and you may want to up the price just a bit more and get a Cold Air Intake (CAI) which yields better power and less MAF sensor failures, but you take a greater risk of water entering your intake manifold and killing your engine. So far nobody has had that problem, but just keep in mind that it's their. Berk was running a special $55 for intake with K&N and $49 for the midpipe. You would be hard pressed to beat that price. Hope this helped.
