Not sure what why all the animosity towards straight pipes. They work...Its proven. Are you simply standing by your original position just for the sake of arguing?

If that's the case, then I'm here lead you toward light. Bring it...
That is correct. I ran off road pipes on my Stang, and deleted the cats on my WS6 T/A .. that was an awesome gain in power. No matter how good your CAT is, a straight pipe will produce gains. Why anyone would doubt this is beyond me ! ....

99

yes all those

auto

i know that

then you will be wasting at least 50 dollars.. cause i got one for $67 shipped

more power to ya...
e-mail me and i wil tell you where to get one cheaper.

11hp.. hehehe
Hey redmaxpa007, I have no doubt that custommaxima is telling the truth based on their test, for the rest it is likely to happend that result will vary.

I saw the custommaxima race pipe and it's very well done for 99$, buying at that price is fair enough for me plus I want to support the guys that make products available for our max even if I pay 30$ more, I know I will get good services.

Can you show us some pics of the race pipe your talking about.

Cheers

what I'd like to know is how custommaxima is selling theirs for $100 when you can get a wsp pipe for $27.50? Is the extra 70+$ tacked on just because of the resonator? If both are just 'straight pipes' and function the same otherwise, I don't see why the huge difference in cost. my wsp pipe isn't loud, nor did it create any popping or odd exhaust noise..

Anyone can have a local shop just cutting a strait non SS pipe (30$) that replace the main cat, but there wont be any resonator in it, for the one like me who have Y-Pipe & racing Muffler it's going to be much louder, I prefer the SS polish with a resonator also because it doesn't rust in winter.

Hey redmaxpa007, I have no doubt of your good faith, posting thread an answering others take times so I appreciate your comments even if some may think that we are arguing, your comments raise other questions, so it's not negative. How much gain did you get when you installed the pipe ? Anyway I'm going to have a real dual SS custom exhaust done next spring so I'm in no rush to get that pipe.

Cheers
