inconsistent throttle

I have a 2k2 auto. I notice that from time to time the throttle is a little more touchy than other times. Touchy meaning faster, good acceleration, great performance. Other times which is most of the time it feels a little slower when accelerating. This happens in cool or hot weather. I can be driving along and all of a sudden I get a burst of power. But I seem to only have it for a short time.

I have read many post about ECU problems, drive by wire, heat build up etc. I don't know which direction to look. I have taken it to the dealer and they don't see a problem

Anyone else experiencing this problem or are there any suggestions ?

There is a thread here on that exact topic. Max and Altima's are having the problem frequently. Mine does it all of the time, I hate it.

We're hoping the 2003 ECU program load will fix it...
