Progress/KYB AGX setup impressions?

Alright, it's just about time to do the suspension and I know I'm going AGXs and have read plenty about the eibachs, H&Rs, Maxspeeds, etc, but I was told by the Cattman that the Progress setup is great. I can't verify as there isn't much talk about the progress. Are they rough or pretty smooth? I've got a stock setup now and don't want anything harsh, but can handle the tradeoff.

Thanks

I like mine but there is a ton of noise from the rear that I need to get fixed.

Not too many members have the Progress springs. What is your opinion on them. Harsh, soft, close to stock, bouncy, etc.. The popular springs seem to be H&R's and Maxspeeds. Personally I was looking for something with a little more drop and have read the Progress drop is lower than both the H&R's and Maxspeeds.

I'm also seriously considering this setup. Any input would be much appreciated.

ASU174, what's the deal with the noise? Is it related to the modified AGX or do you think it's another problem?

It is definitely strut related. I think it is because they didn't put the coil isolators on when they installed them. The problem seems to be isolated to the rear. I am going to try and get it looked at this weekend.

As far as the adjustability goes, I can't feel a damn bit of difference between the various settings of the KYBs. The ride is very stiff, but tolerable. Coming from having Ground Control coilovers at the lowest setting, though, my sense of a smooth ride is somewhat skewed. Plus I'm running 18"s with 40 PSI in each tire, so that doesn't help.

The drop is very nice (see sig pic). And much lower than H&Rs or Maxspeeds. I'd do it again. But I'd get a better shop to install them. You get what you pay for.

Same shop that screwed you over on the other installs? Yeah, bad installation is always the bane of a good setup. Some people think you can get a huge drop without stiffness, that just can't happen.
