Maxspeed springs order woes

X(
I got my Maxspeeds in late yesterday. The box was mangled beyond believe, the springs all have some amount of damage to them, and incredibley, at least section of chipping seems to have been covered up (badly). Heck, one of the bags has yellow paint rubbed off on the INSIDE. I am quite upset. I assumed that this damage was caused by the reseller so I called them and was greeted by a very nice, capable fellow by the name of Steve. He agreed to send out a new set and ship back the damage springs on his dime. So who knows who is at fault. I hope that by the end of this I can give a good recommendation about the reseller as their customer service thus far has been nothing but top-notch. I will of course keep this thread up-to-date as things happen and hopefully there won't be too much more to report on.

Check out the carnage here

Dang, that sucks. Though i wouldn't worry much about it as long as the springs aren't physically damaged (Aside from the paint). You won't see the paint once installed anyway... though there might be some rust issues in the future.

Btw, i also noticed your springs is a lot yellower than mine. Maybe just the camera.

mike:Your box look like it was in better shape though!

I was concerned enough about the repaint to get the new spring sent to me. I might have just used this batch (if it hadn't have been a cover-up attempt - THAT ****ed me off) only this weekend install is scrubbed due to rain here and it will have to wait until next weekend anyways so why not?

I will let you guys now the specifics about dealer and such once all the facts are in so I can give a fair reporting of the events.
