Need Spring Compressor?
Hey everyone who did their own spring installs... did you need a spring compressor for the installation? The how-to says 'compress the springs' - but was this using a formal tool like that @ Meineke, or can some other method be used?

You will need spring compressors both to remove the OEM springs, and to put the new ones on. You can get a cheap set from just about any auto parts store for around $30, but you'll probably never use them again. See if you can borrow a set first.
