CAI and winter driving....

Winter is fast approaching in chicagoland and Im just wondering if I should go back to the stock airbox for the salty, nasty weather???? anyone gone thru winter with theirs yet? should I be concerned about this???

I would think that it should be fine. you could always get an AEM bypass valve and a injen shield if you are worried. It would be nice to know what others plan to do.

I've had my CAI through every season, now, including: heavy rain, snow, ice, sleet. The colder it gets the better performance you will see.

Don't change it back, or you will be missing out on biggest performance gains you have seen out of it.
