Auto windows: 2k2+ controls in a 2k or 2k1 update...

With DaveB's usual thoroughness and personal interest in many of our 'what if's', we spoke yesterday and he confirmed once and for all (in case anyone was still wondering) that simply swapping out the window control switches from a 2k2+ (with both the driver and passenger auto down feature) DOES NOT WORK.

Oh well!

hmmm... that sucks. is there any way we could see if the 2000-2001 i30's window switches would work? i think those were also driver/ passenger auto window down. i could be mistaken though.
