exhaust problem /clutch problem after the TSB -- help

Hello,

I can notice today(because of the cold weather, air from the exhaust becomes white fog) air only come out of one of the pipe from the exhaust of my 2k2 6spd.

Is the other pipe only for decorating?

My car viberating a lot at idle(the seat and steering wheel) recently especially come to a stop just after accelerating. I am wondering if it is because of the exhaust.

Also after done with the clutch disc whirling noise TSB, my car sometime has a "chin.. chin" noise when start from first gear. Any suggestion what might be wrong. I felt the new clutch more slippy or softer than the original one.

thanks for your help.

This is normal, only one works at low RPM's as the other will open via a spring under high RPM's. (skyline technology) This is why the stock muffler outpreforms a lot of aftermarket ones, especially at low RPMs.

The exhaust valve was actually designed, and patented, by Yamaha. The patent recently ran out so other manufacturers are starting to use it.

Its call "Variable Muffler", go to Nissandriven.com and look at "performance" under Maxima. There is a short video clip that explains it.

The uneven idle is common to the 3.5VQ. I have this also. It is totally normal.
