you will never get what you want. Never.

seriously though, if you have 1000 dollars, you can get the 2k2 HIDs. If you just want bulbs.. go to www.piaa.com and browse there. Good luck with the cops though.

Nothing quite will match the intensity and clarity of true HIDs (other than true HIDs), but I am personally very unsatisfied with Eurolite. I have Eurolite H3s and the things are different shades from each other, let alone matching HIDs. (no I didn't touch the glass, I think they just have bad quality control or I just got a pack of lemons).

Most people who have PIAA Super Plasmas seem very impressed. My Nieghbor has PIAA Xtreme whites, and they are light years above my Eurolites; a lot of people here who have seen both the forementioned PIAAs prefer the Super Plasmas. They are pricey however (approx $90 / pair).

True HID kits are really coming down in price; someone here sells various kits for under $500. I love my 2k2 HIDs so much, I'll never buy a new car without them if I can help it. They do last significantly longer, so think of it as a long term investment.
