Poor bodyshop experience with Walkley Nissan, Ottawa

Just a heads up on my experience with the bodyshop at Walkley Nissan. I just dropped the car off again after having it for a whopping 12 hrs.

As posted earlier, I picked up my car yesterday from the dealer after having most of it repainted. I wasn't able to have a good look yesterday because it was already dark when I got her.

Had a look today and noticed that, first of all, that they neglected to perform all the work on the quote. Specifically, they didn't replace my foglight lens (the first item on the quote, for God's sake!) and the rear passenger window.

Additionally, the all the panels which were repainted have several inclusions (small bumps which is apparently dust that is painted over). The bodyshop manager said they should be able to buff them out. Then why wasn't this done before I picked the car up?

This is simply not a high quality job.

In his defense, the manager didn't give me any grief when I showed him the paint and the work which wasn't done and took the car right away. Should have it back by the end of the day tomorrow.
