Question about 2000 i30....

I have found a black carpet out of a 2000 i30 but not sure if it will fit in a 97 max. Anyone who can clear this up for me? I know the floor mats from 2k-2k1 maxes fit in 4th gen. I am looking to do interior conversion to black leather from tan leather and need reply ASAP.
