I just got SC'ed.....I love it! even though it would be better if I have manual tranny. But it's really fun esp when the boost kicks in.

there is no turbo kit designed for 5th gen....Y2KevSE is currently install a 4th Gen turbo kit onto a 5th gen. It is not easy. There is another person here with a turbo in his 5th gen.

Will I get a turbo kit if I had a chance to pick...I would still go for the SC becuae I know that I dont have the knowledge and skill to install and maintain a turbo-ed Maxima. SC is good enough for me.

good luck~

I was very happy with the SC, but I yearn for more power. 301 whp (not fully tuned) is not enough.

I love it. Only problem is the temptation to speed and rock the worlds of all the NA tunned little hondas and acuras. Don't get V-tec, get blown.

I was going to trade my Maxima in before I got the SC. Now I'm happy with the car and plan to keep it for a while. Saved me a lot on trade-in and new car depreciation.

Next major mod will be the tranny swap . I'd rather do that than buy a new car just for the 5 or 6 spd.
