Haven't played around with the lastest gen, but have had some runs with the previous gen.

 

Matthel did pretty good with one on 19th last week, before his EGTs went too high

 

I smoked one before in my old 99 auto but to bad it was N/A Supra.

i almost beat a TT supra at the track in Fontana...he just fell asleep at the line..i had a bad launch too so imagine how bad he must have been...i think i ended the run with 15.0 and he ran like 14.3..
he didn't even catch me till 1000ft. everyone at the track including me thought i won..

 

He fell asleep and he STILL SMOKED YOU!

supra tt is the supercar of import racing. I tried to just race one but the guy just laughed at me. anyway anyone that needs a tt to feel powerful probably isnt packing where it counts.

 

at least our cars all run...they don't stay in someone's garage all the time getting worked on..

And for a little bit he past him. Until they both slowed down.

I was there and it was phenominal!

 

No max stands a chance against a stock TT surpra. Now a 5th gen vs. a NA supra is a whole other story.

Those words taste GREAT but I think driver error had a lot to do with the Supra's loss. By the way, what is that Max running?

 

why do you think it was driver error? especially on the hwy where there is little shifting involved? i wanna say he was running a large shot of nitrous, but dont quote me on that.....

 

i beat my friends 89' single turbo, automatic supra, it may be slow but its a supra

as for newer supra's i dont think i will ever be beating one in my maxima. a friend of mine has a 94' or 95' TT supra automatic with boost controller, downpipe, double filter intake and he ran a 12.6 and thats less than $1000 dollors of mods

 

My supra just came out of the body shop.. Few Maxima guys may want to run me locally, hangtight for Videos

 

i smoked a sapra... of course it was a stock auto 89 turbo..
hung pretty well from a roll.. from a stop...BY BY =]

then i raced the same supra...well maintained..an older guy..
5 spd.. sounded like he had a BOV, exhaust and i think he had a dam boost controller ...

he wouldnt go off ther line, but rolling he handed my a$$ to me

 

I'll race you off the line or a roll.. 87 Turbo 5spd... Oh yeah, I do have a boost controller & more
