Lower Grill Insert w/Body Kit?

Has anybody with a body kit thrown the valence in? Is there any reason why you'd run into issues installing the valence with a front lip on the car? In this case, the AE front lip.

I have the Stillen Aero kit & the Street Scences valence w/ no fitment issue at all...there's definetlyenough room.
