what is the difference in 1500 coilover and just new shocks and springs i heard somewhere else that were going for 600 or so? Could someone please clarify the difference in the 2 packages or what is the best value or what is just the best. thanks

Coilovers you can adjust from ~ 1inch down to ~ 3inches, where as

just changing struts and springs you will not be able to adjust nor and I think they will only go about 1.75 inches down. Correct me if I am wrong guys.

what is the difference in struts and shocks? so the only real difference is the adjustibility?

Might I add that there is also adjustable struts made by tokiko. Also, whenever you change the height of the car or drop you must get your car aligned. Its not as good as everyone makes it out to be! You can refer to the december issue of scc it has the article of the STE maxima and how they changed from a coilover system to the pro kit. Another thing is that the drop range can vary from car to car b/c suspension manufacturers do make up to a 3" drop on civics and the sportline springs from stillen, drops the cmax about 2 inches (I think).
