I have an 2001 AE auto and have been icthing to get another car (G35,G35C,GS430,350Z). I love my car it needs no body work, but it's needs power.

So, I was going to get a 2002 2003 6-sp, then the depreciation, and body kit ... will at to the cost.

I'm 32 married no kids, had a bad @ss 95 5-sp (ECU,Intake, ...) got a pretty bad ticket, jumped out of the "game", have missed it since I have left, but the age thing (impressions) says "you should grow up".

Modding can be a money pit if you don't keep the car long enouph, I'm in a lease, may buy it out and keep the car.

I keep hearing chants at night " S/C, S/C, for me, ..." , if I got an S/C would I be faster than GS430, ...?

What's even worse, my wife said, "Just mod it".

I know I'm sick ahhhhhhh!

Don't know if it's worth it, at least I have time. I will not do anything until spring. If I spend a lot of $$$ to equal a car the 2002/2003 max 6-sp, I could just buy one.

Is a S/C 2001 auto faster than a 02/03 6-sp?

In a word...nope. Not just a S/C with no other mods. May start to match in power, but the gearing, etc. will hurt.
