windshield washer

Well, it's supposed to be like that. That way, your sunroof gets cleaned when your windshield does!! j/k.....
Seriously, I have re-aimed the nozzles on other cars by carefully inserting a pin or needle into the hole and gently moving it to a more appropriate direction. (I'm figuring it would be the same on a Max). Dont force it though..you don't want to snap the pin off, or deform the nozzle opening.....

Re: windshield washer
you're in rhode island? I'd just wait and see if it "re-aims" itself on the next warm day. There's probably some ice or a piece of sand in the nozzle head that'll take care of itself. If not, try the pin trick
