Helppppppp!!!!

My car bounces all the time at speeds under 30mph. At first I figured imperfections in the road but even on glass like roads it bounces.
To make it more clear it feels like I'm riding on a flat tire. I do notice when the gas tank is full or there are more than two people in the car this does not happen. So the more weight in the car the less it happens.
Is my struts/springs dead or is it something else?
Has anyone ever experience this?

park the car and push on it...if it bounces a bunch of times before comming to a rest then its probably your struts.

Its the sport suspension. Everything is stiffer, I feel like I can feel a penny in the road. I even went to nissan about this and that is what they told me.

I got the same problem but my car has modified springs and rims so this could also be the problem.

well......how bads the bouncing? if it feels like ur cruisin around on a old matress then u got a problem, reminds me of a friend of mines old bouncin bimmer. park ur ride go to a random corner and push down hard and see if it keeps bouncing, it should stop within 1 bounce but any more and ur struts are shot, also u can see ur struts leaking if they are shot.

now ur in a diff subjet all togheter, i personally have the stock setup and i cant lower it due to problems with curbs, i have the stillen aero kit and it hard enough clearing curbs as is, some be like 1.5" other by just a mm if that. this is the stock setup too, i dont want to rip off my spoiler, only option i got is bags which is gonna be a pain in tha A$$ as well. so the rest is up 2 u goodluck.
