245/45-17 + H&R springs = rubbing?

I'm sorry for being lazy if this has already been covered. Search didn't yield the specific answers I'm looking for. I want to know if anyone is having any problems with the following combination.

245/45-17 tires
17x8 rims with 38mm offset
H&R springs (or lower)

I have 235's on now and have not had any issues but I want to go to a little wider tire. Does anyone with a similar configuration have any rubbing problems whatsover, fully loaded, pushing the suspension/steering to the extremes?

Thanks for the responses. I'm just looking for some reassurances before spending money.
