No, I didn't run with Kloogy. I'm East coast - Raleigh.
"My last run" meant my last time at the track. We had a 16 Maxima meet at Rockingham in Nov. It was the night Blubyu2k2 ran his 13.9 (auto 2k2 N/A).

Just to clear a few things up.. I only swapped filter as Larrio said. I would be willing to do a full swap next time around. My trap speed went .
My 60 ft on the Injen run was 2.398, trap speed went down to 89.80 ...

I push my car a lot on a daily basis. I know how it runs, and how it is supposed to feel. When I kicked into third on that run , I knew that something was not right. The Civic I was racing pulled on ME when I got into 3rd, and beat me by a fender... I felt the car suffering in the top end..... With my KN I woiuld have smoked that car, and pulled on HIM ! ..... Oh well.

Now my problem is traction. On a couple of runs I smoked it through all of first... I dont want to use Drag radials or slicks, since that not what I drive around with on a daily basis.... Any suggestions on a good tire that comes in 19's...??

Dave B, like I said before, Im not saying go get 19's, and improve your times. I just caught a lot of POO POO from some Org members, which will remane nameless , about how I would be rolling on bricks, and would be lucky to run a low 15... Like I said.. Just proving a point ! I knew I wasn't going Nucking Futs !

I find that injen filter swap very strange, b/c i ran a 14.1 @ 97.7mph in my brothers 2k2 6spd with the injen cai as the only performance mod. I will have to get a new K&N filter and do some testing to see for myself. Congrats on the times, tho that is awesome for 19"s and 1500ft elevation.

i think there is a video for it... the 14.1 maxima is running against a contour on juice. Search for the thread with the spec-v vs. the rsx-s and the white civic.
