Grinding: no, but slightly notchy sometimes
Broken: no, hopefully no for a long time.

I am now noticing some grinding in 3rd gear...and yes, it is just after performance driving...

when is Nissan going to recall this?

we should write a letter to Nissan, and file a formal complaint.

update, i brought my car in for the 3rd gear grinding and they are pulling the tranny right now and will be replacing it or rebuildiing it in the next few days.

explain your problem. was it grinding going from 2-3 or when downshifting into 3rd?
