Ok, I just have a question about inspections. Since the car must be inspected every year, do all these mods pass? If I install a frankencar intake and clear side markers and all that, do I have to put all the stock parts back on just for the inspection, or will those mods pass? And if i have bulbs other than amber or red in the markers, would i have to change them? And do mods like the frankencar intake void the nissan warranty? if i take my car to nissan for service and they see it, will they say they can't help me or something? Thanks

 

All you should have to worry about from a visual inspection is the Y-pipe and if you got a test pipe in place of your catalytic convertor.

 

Your best bet would be to ask this question in the Regional Maxima Groups section. Every state is different on what is legal and what is not. They should be able to give you a better idea.
