I was driving home last night in my 2000SE and a guy with a 2001 Taurus pulled up on the side and signaled for a race. I thought he was kidding! he could not have been serious. the light turned green and he took off and floored it thinking he had me (he jumped the light). I pulled off like normal and caught and passed him in about six seconds. He sounded like he almost blew his engine trying to catch me...are there many idiots like that around or did I find the only one?

Ha... your right, and it's not like our cars look really inconspicous... you drive an SE, and it looks a lot sportier than lets say a taurus, or a camry, etc...

The ultimate car in this respect would have to be the BMW m5, tho... you don't see it coming, until you read the M5 label on the back as it rapes your ***....

I would love to have one,, just to watch the expression on people's faces when they saw a 4-door bmw sedan blow away their brand spankin' new sports car..

I was at the BMW dealer 2weeks ago and I thought the difference between the M5 and normal 5 series was really noticeable...the M5 looked alot meaner

The M5 is bada$$. I mean there aren't too many cars that can:

a) Seat 5 people
b) Go 0-60 in under 5 sec.
c) Handle better than most sports cars
d) Look great while doing all that

I raced my cousin's 2k se manual max with my taurus. We both knew I would lose. I only lost by 1 car length. Considering he had 22hp and a stick, that really suprised him. I don't know about that idiot in the 2k1...
