I BOUGHT MY 2000 MAX USED A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO - I NEED TO KNOW IF THE HEADLIGHTS ARE ADJUSTABLE - SIDEWAYS AND UP/DOWN ? THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE PROPERLY ALIGNED ...

Yea, it's aimable. The bolt to adjust LEFT/RIGHT is the white plastic bolt look a like thing on the bottom. It's plastic so use a socket, I think maybe a 9mm, maybe. as for up and down, there's a metal bolt behind a round rubber cap near the top Pry it out and it's behind it. I may have the up/down, left/right bolts mixed up. But they're there.

 

Actually you called them both up/down.
