Wow, I had a good dealer experience...

I went down to the new dealer in Exton, PA, and I wanted to test them to see how they are in the service department. My 2k2 needed an oil change and the tires rotated, but it also needed both recalls, the stopper and the front suspension thing, plus my rotors were warped of course after 27k miles. But all I asked them for was the oil change and to check the brakes, because I wanted to see if they would catch the rest. Well, let me tell you how surprised I was when after 2 hours the service writer came in and said that I was finally done, and that they changed my oil, fixed my front suspension, fixed the pedal stop, rotated my tires, and cut ALL 4 rotors, and my bill came to 22.95!!! All they charged me for was the oil change. He said that he chalked up everything else to warranty work. No arguing, no hassle, no complaining. Well let me tell you that I think I have found a new dealer to go to, and anyone else that lives in southeastern PA, I highly reccomend Exton Nissan!!
