I just bought a 2001 20th AE Maxima!!!
Well first of all let me say Hi! I'm very glad to be here. Just paid a deposit for a 2k1 Maxima. I'm expecting to go pick it up saturday morning. A majestic blue w/ charcol interior, 5 speed!!! You guys don't know how long I've been looking for this car. About a month ago I started asking around for one in Sterling Mist but had no luck. Last week I went to a dealer to check out the majestic blue. Turns out I liked it better than the silver =) Well a couple days later they call me up saying they have the dark blue with the interior and transmission I'm looking for. yay!!! Anywayz, I don't even have the car yet but I'm already thinking mods. The first thing I definitely want to do is lights. My nieghbor just bought an IS300 and I'm kinda liking the yellow fog light/HID setup. I'm just not sure if it'll look good in a piaa plasma/hella yellow stars(or piaa ion crystal. Which one is better?)/stock blinker lights(which are orange yellowish) setup on the max. Does anyone get what I'm saying? Does anyone have pics with this setup? Also, can someone tell me the prices on these bulbs as well as where I can buy them? Thanks for the help guys.

Congratulations! I am sure you will love your new Max. The Majestic Blue color is really nice. As for lights, lots of people have discussed them here. Do a search on it and I am sure you will come up with a bunch of stuff. Happy posting

No Bingo. The 2000+ Maximas have H4 headlights....H3 FOGS.

Congrats, bro. As for your questions with lights, you're probably looking at between $65 and $80 for the PIAA's depending on where you find them (check local performance shops) -- you're looking for 9003's. I had PIAA Superwhites / Hella Yellowstars on my 4th gen and it looked smooooth...
