Z intake manifold on 03 SE

Would it fit, do you think i would pick up some good power numbers from it?

do a search....emax tried & said it was too big for hood clearance to close, or something like that

I wonder if someone could photoshop a shaker hood, or at least a direct air intake. With appropriate space for the MAF and a custom airfilter, of course! Without the 3.5 engine cover there should be decent place for the MAF and a straight piping. All the benefits of a CAI and the cool look of a shaker.

Hey emax, I wonder if driving with your hood will reduce the hood vibration complaints with the 2k2-2k3s.

Wouldn't a shaker on a FWD car rock front to back instead of side to side?

I think that would look kinda wacky...

If the hood had a soft bulge where it needed it that might look ok..kinda like on the old school Laser/Eclipse/Talon:
