I saw your thing about turning the wheel all the way one way. I have the same problem... I have eibachs on the car- do you? I took it in to the dealer and he sprayed a lot of lube down the opening. It stopped the noise ?(kinda a knocking) Then about two weeks ago I heard a grinding noise on the drivers side when I went to park the car- wheel turned all the way one way backing in. Well it made a grinding noise and I haven't firgured it out yet. I think it is the rubber pieces on the Eibach. I'm brining the car in for oil change on monday and can email you the answer to whatever it is if you want...?
What is ur email>?

So yongjun-
They kept the car for like two hours and then ended up only having to lube the plastic piece that goes around the spring itself.
So the spring has that plastic/rubber piece that goes around it, and they say it needs to be lubricated well otherwise it will cause grinding on the spring- that's the noise you hear.
I don't hear it anymore and think it is fixed. The service tech wanted to keep it longer, but then had me drive it and see if I heard it. I didn't so I just took it home.
So try taking wd-40 and spraying it on the spring, the plastic part that goes around the spring.
Hope that works!

yeah, it happens to my car once in a while too....
i thought it was my Eibachs....but then...i don't think it's really hurting my car's drivability...
so i'm not even going to bother with it..
