Less FW traction with sub in trunk

I posted this in the audio forum but got no response.

Any of you guys experince this. I notice that with 2/12's in a very large ported box in the trunk I have less traction on my front wheels now. But on the plus side It souds GOOD and LOUD as He!! .! everything shakes including the windshiled wipers. But If I decide to race somone I spin alittle every time, not a prob before the box. What do you guys think? anyfixes?

I could have told you that...

I have an AMP RACK and TWO SEPARATE MDF enclosures on 2 INfinity 12.1's 2 amps, a 1 farad cap, distribution system, and crap of junk and my rear end is real heavy making FWD harder than ever!!

Kudos, i like sacrficing safety for sound though

If I have any clue I am gonna race before I leave the house, the box comes out and weighs down the living room floor til I get back. 3 10's are quite unnecessary when ripping up a Civic.

So that's why I'm spinning!?!?!? That makes sence...I seem to spin a lot as well with my "junk" in the trunk. Actually, it's so heavy that the rear of the car looks lowered!

I guess if I ever do decide to get lowering springs, I would have to only do the fronts!

I have 2 12" kappas in an isobaric enclosure and amp rack with a 1000bd fosgate with 2- 1 farad caps. I guess when I think about all that, it makes sence now. LOL Kudos to you 2

wow. shakes everything including the wipers? damn. your hearing must be totally gone for you to need to turn it up so loud. maybe you should get headphones and take the box out the trunk. that way the car is lighter, you dont shake your wipers and everyone else's mirrors and you also get to hear your music.
