Bought a 2001 gold GXE today

I traded in my 2001 Dodge Ram because the gas was killing me on it. Picked up a gold 2001 GXE with about 30,000 miles on it. I am loving it

Hmm... Congrats on the new max.

Is it a 5 speed or automagic? And mine is gold (sunlit sand) too... But I got mine a year ago with 17,000 miles on it for 15,500. Course mine is a 5 speed though.

Yep - I'm in the GXE wannabe SE club. Though from the looks of things it's headed towards wannabe AE.

damn... 15995 with 30,000 miles.
i would have let mine go for 16500 w/16,000 miles+ mods
well that is good for me if i want to sell mine.
i want to get an 03 ,but i got such a good deal on this i don't want to throw away the $$ i got into it.
but welcome the the "gxe" club or the "se" wanna -be club.
you will have fun modding!!
