I seen a nice Cadillac Escalade today driving down the street to a complete stop and the wheels were still turning. I thought at first that he was break locking all four wheels but then I noticed that it was just the rims turning and the tires were not moving with the rims. I never seen this before and I thought it was kinda cool since I got fooled. On top of it all, the windows were blackened and the driver was probably laughing his a$$ off when he seen me scratching my head. Does anyone know what these wheels are called?

 

many people call them SPREEWELLS, since most people originally saw them on MTV Cribs when Latrell Spreewell did a piece in his car shop. They are officially named Devin wheels. Here's their link (NOTE: VERY expensive!!!)

yeah, many rappers and sports players have them. their tight. its just a spinner on top of the existing wheel, its not 2 wheels spinning.
