Clock,Tripometer,Heater doesnt work..Help??

Does anybody know if there is a fuse for the clock? There isnt a fuse under the dash or in the engine bay... Anybody know how i can get my clock to work again? its just blank...

My tripometer keeps resetting everytime i start the car, does anyone know how to fix that too?

And last but not least, my heater (i have the manual one) when i turn the fan on, the AC light lights up and i have to always push the AC button to turn it off... Does anyone know what the heck is wrong with my car and how to fix all these problems???

Have you done anything recently that might have involved electrical work on the car? (Mods, stereo stuff, etc.)?

What year is your maxima. I think on the 2002-3 they changed the AC system a bit. If you are on Max AC/HEAT the compressor turns on, but if you more the temp button to a little below Max it shouldn't turn on. Not sure about fuses though.

i've got a 2k1, it used to be if i had the temp thing all the way to "blue" the AC would turn on by itself, but when i put it all the way to "red" only the heat would turn on and the AC light would remain off...

No, sorry, I meant it to come across like "what did you do" to hopefully narrow down items that might have been involved in a possible short/wrong connection/etc.

i was installing LED mirrors, tapped them to my turn signals, when i tested them out all i heard were fuse's blowin... i replaced all fuses that blew under the dash and engine bay... so i dont know why my tripometer, clock, and heater isnt working right

Since the tripometer and clock are both items that have a memory feature while the car is off, I wonder if they share the same power tap to keep memory at a low current and if this source has been damaged or interrupted in some way. Not sure about the climate controls.

Do you think if i disconnect my battery and have the ECU reset, that this might resolve it all?

To be honest, I am in no way an electrical guru with cars...just trying to make some observations and pose some possible items to look at.

I would say at a minimum, try the battery disconnect. Heck, takes minutes (unless you count the time the car is not startable), is pretty much free, and just might address one or more of the issues.

Also, if you can, run a voltmeter to the clock wires to see if current is getting there or if the clock itself is just fried.
