Got the new sunroof deflector installed....

Well actually last week the dealer installed one of the new ones that have been on backorder for over a year. I have to say its much stronger....hopefully it will not shatter like the old one.

I agree...

I got mine installed over the weekend and it seems much thicker. It seems to be a little less "flush" than the original though. But no doubt it looks of much higher quality. Got it replaced under warranty.

Also, got my shi$$y stock tweets replaced w/ Polk EX3500's. Much better highs now...

I'm glad to hear that someone else has had problems with theirs My 2k2 it seems like all of a sudden began to crack all around the bolts. I'm still under warranty, so I'll bring it in soon.

All west coast Nissan dealerships still say, "Sorry it's still on backorder and we have no eta"

Actually I noticed a lot more wind noise driving in one without than with. You will also have paint damage under the old one like sketching of some sort. I like the look myself thats why I opted to keep mine. Some like it and some don't

Yeah I noticed mine is a bit more of a bubble shape and sticks up a bit higher than the old one. It seems to generate more noise, due to the increased drag... could just be my imagaination though..

No I can't... the dealership took it back.... both pieces. There was a crack that got sooo bad it split all the way up and the visor cracked in two

Mine too.....I was only kidding!!

I'm cool with the new one -- I still like the look, and IMHO - it does make the cabin quieter when installed.

I'm on my second one from the dealer, and its already all craked up from the winter, my dealer has yet to get in the new "good" ones.
