New 5th Gen. Owner

Hi All,

I recently traded in my 96 GLE for a Super Black 2000 SE.
I must say that its much better than my 96. The handling is
outstanding! It a whole new driving experience. I have the
Frankencar Midpipe and K&N Filter intake from my 96. I to see
if it would fit in my 2000 but the small tubes aren't in the
right places to connect to all the hoses. So I took out the stock
air box and fitted just the cone filter to the end of the MAF.
But without the midpipe it sounds like the stock setup.
Next it's clears!

Welcome to the world of 5th gens! You've got a nice ride. Let the modding begin!

BTW, it was cool talking with you the other day. Not a ton of org members here in AR!

Thanks Dino. I hope to make mine just as quick as your 2K2!
